Caroline Twohill is a Philadelphia-based artist and pre-licensed family therapist whose creative journey began with photography and has evolved through mixed media, encaustic, painting, and ceramics. With more than 15 years of experience in the arts, Caroline is deeply empathetic and passionate about the ways creativity, self-expression, and working with one’s hands can support healing and connection.

Her work is inspired by her love of the innocence, curiosity, and imagination found in childhood—qualities she believes are meaningful throughout every stage of life. Her artistic background informs her therapeutic approach, allowing her to bring warmth, creativity, openness, and compassion to her work with individuals, children, couples, and families.

Caroline holds a Master of Family Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University and a Master of Arts from Barry University. She grew up in a small beach town in South Jersey, where exploring the Pine Barrens and searching for sea glass and seashells nurtured her imagination and creativity. Today, those early experiences continue to influence both her artistic practice and her commitment to creating spaces where people feel safe to explore, express themselves, and grow.``
